Disney Park Essentials

Welcome, Disney enthusiasts! Today, we're diving into the magical world of park essentials. Picture this: a trusty Targus computer backpack, a relic from my college days, still going strong and ready for adventure. While any travel backpack will do, the choice depends on your unique situation—whether it's the number of kids, the length of your stay, or your personal preferences. One golden rule: wear comfortable shoes! Avoid new shoes that haven't been broken in yet. Trust me, your feet will thank you. Now, let's talk about the essentials. While there are some items not pictured, I'll list them at the end. But the ones you see here are our must-haves, rain or shine. We've learned a few lessons along the way about what to pack and what to leave behind. So, here's your guide to building the perfect Disney park bag, ensuring your trip is nothing short of magical

Items not pictured:!
  1. Extra socks.
  2. If planning on a water ride, extra shirt or flip flops so your shoes don't get wet. (if it can fit)
  3. Cell phone cords for the portable charger
  4. Playing cards, for the long waits
  5. Pen for autographs from the characters
  6. Water flavoring (Mio or Gatorade)
  7. Chargers for Magic band+
  8. Sunglasses
  9. Hair ties
  10. Reusable water bottle
  11. Snacks for kids
  12. Ibuprofen/Tylenol or any medication you may require
  13. Band-aids/blister relief
  14. Michelle says a sweater 🤷‍♂️

These are the items that we take with us on every trip to disney, or really any trip where we are staying the night. We consider these essential when traveling with toddlers. It took a few trips out of town to get everything we need to make our kids feel as close to being at home as they can when traveling! This box is ever-evolving so feel free to add anything additional that you might need!
